We can refer you to an architect to further draw and finalize your plans and attend the meetings with you if you would like.

We can conduct a site visit at your land and offer suggestions for house placement to help reduce construction costs.

FINANCING

We can refer you to one or more banks for interim and permanent funding assistance.

LAND ACQUISITION

We can refer you to a realtor for assistance if we do not have a lot available.

PRODUCT SELECTIONS

We can accompany you to the plumbing store, lighting store, and other vendors to help assist in selections once construction has begun if you would like. This is a complimentary service.
